As an example, I have been trying to cut down on the amount of time I spend in front of the mirror. So much so that I have been cutting back on my time at the gym because I can’t see what is keeping me from reaching my goals.

Well, if you can’t see the goal in front of you, then why do you care? The goal is in front of you. It’s what you focus on. It’s what you focus your efforts on. It’s what you focus on in the first place. For some, that might be a goal that they want to reach in order for them to be happy. For others, it might be a goal that they want to achieve so they can avoid being miserable.

A great goal, or a bad goal? I think a good goal is a good goal. You know what makes me happy? My family. My fiance. My two dogs. My cat. My self. My job. My friends. My health. My relationships. My goals are about all of those things.

The thing I like about this goal is that it’s short and sweet. It’s easy to read. It’s also easy to remember. It’s a goal that you can keep you focused on all at the same time.

I personally use it to get my friends and family to see what I’m doing right now. I take them through a few rituals they do together. I start with a story that’s about an ancient temple that’s been destroyed and my friend and I are trying to get to that temple. It’s a nice way to get a sense of what I’m doing right now. Because I know there’s a lot going on in the temple that’s going to get us there.
