But then, there are other foods that can be easy to make, and can satisfy your body’s hunger, but can’t really be so healthy because they’re high in calories.
In my defense, I think the fact that you can eat soup is a double-edged sword. It can be pretty healthy for a while, but then we all need to start eating more fruits and veggies. I think we could all do with some of that Vitamin C.
